  I have exported my front cover and double paged spread into a JPEG this it to shrink the file to help manage my documents more efficiently and save storage space on my device. I also exported it into a JPEG as it ensure that there is no pixels and my magazine remains at a high quality and appealing to look at. Front cover Tools  Tool 1 - utilising the layer style tool in Photoshop for my magazine front cover this allows my front cover to have visual enhancement so it appealing to my target audience. Each tool holds significance for example the tool I used is the stroke tool this emphasises boldness and confidence which is extremely important as I intended to have this cover line stand out so that my audience are attracted to look further into the streaming website. The choice to add an outline and shadow combines to make my magazine captivating for my audience.   This is my front cover: This is my double paged spread: Suitability of front cover   For my front cover, I ensured my layout was kept clean and simple this allows my front cover to be simple yet effective and meets the requirements of my brief and is suitable for my target audience. The genre of my magazine is presented through my clear main image of roses. Pink roses have connotations of love and compassion which perfectly links to my genre of romance. My masthead “kiss & tell” links directly to my romance genre as kiss is a physical way of displaying love and affection to your partner. My image on my front cover as well as my cover lines are all relative to the content within my double-paged spread which allows a smooth  transition between the front cover and double paged spread, this allows the audience to find the articles they are most excited to read easily. This is my Double paged spread for my magazine. Legal Issues: The defamation act states that journalists must avoid making defamatory statements which could lead to libel cases. Libel is written slander which could harm or offend readers.  This links to my magazine as the articles and coverlines I write must not offend anyone who comes across my magazine. This is important for me to consider when making my magazine as I need to make sure I do not offend anyone who reads my magazine as this will make people less likely to buy or read my magazine.
